HOW DO WE WORK?

Drawing And Molding
Making a jewelry, design is the first step.
Every finished product begins with original designs and thus presented by the sketches and 3D modeling.
When the 3D design is done, the design will printed out as a wax mold, and then we will make the wax mold into metal mold for the bulk production.
Wax Producting
After confirming the mold, then we will go for wax injection and plan the wax tree.
Casting
The high temperature liquid gypsum will be poured into the wax tree, after it cooling, the wax melted by the gypsum, and our manufacturing team will pour the silver/brass liquid into the gypsum. So that the metal tree will come out after cooling.
And then we cut the pieces from the tree, as you can see the first face of our jewelry.
Assembling and Polishing
Stone setting is securely setting or attaching cubic zircon / semi precious stones into jewelry.
Types of stone setting:Bezel setting,Prong setting,Channel setting,Paved Setting,Tension Setting, Micro Paved Setting.
Surface Treatment Polishing is creating a smooth and shiny surface, cutting out the useless metal to make jewelry beauty, adjusting the jewelry shape,etc.
There are different methods to finish this process, with the help of different machines and tools.
Plating
Following that, the models are sent to be plated with Brass, Gold, Silver, ect. to avoid being fade and tarnish.
By extending the soak time, the thickness of the gold plating is added which is helpful to preserve the finish for few years.
Quality Control
After inserting the diamonds, our quality controller would check and inspect them with a microscope one after another to make it sure that all the diamonds are encrusted perfectly.
After all the above steps, the product is finally finished and packaged separately so as to send to the distributors.
